- A retail store is seeking to hire a Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for processing payroll for 25 employees using ADP WFN. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, has experience with ADP or similar web-based payroll system, and is proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
