- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide applied behavior analysis consultation and evaluation to clients.
- Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client/student’s program.
- Follow company policies, state licensure requirements as applicable, and requirements set forth by the BACB. Provide adequate monthly supervision to RBT/BTs based on clinical recommendations.
- Meet billable hours productivity requirement through provision of the following services: direct therapy sessions, substitute coverage for RBTs in the school and/or clinic setting, school district FBA/BIP consultation services, and/or other ongoing school district consultation, as well as other billable services as assigned.
- Complete RBT/BT performance evaluations as applicable Maintain communication with clinical and administrative staff via email, internal communication platforms and systems, and video/audio conferences.
