- Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
- The responsibilities of the Biomedical Engineering Specialist include installation, calibration, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of basic and complex patient care equipment such as ventilators, balloon pumps, anesthesia units, sterilization, endoscopy systems, other diagnostic/therapeutic equipment and other related technical equipment.
- Also possess advanced knowledge and experience in a particular system or technology such as advanced invasive procedure systems, specialized life support equipment, surgical lasers, clinical laboratory, robotics, device integration, or IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems.
- Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect complex medical equipment such as ventilators, balloon pumps, anesthesia units, sterilization, endoscopy systems, other diagnostic/therapeutic equipment and other related technical equipment.
