Bilingual Case Manager

- Safe Family Services: Supportive, trauma-informed services for individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as CWS involvement.
- The Case Manager will provide comprehensive trauma-informed advocacy services with the CSEC Response Team through the Safe Family Services Program, including, but not limited to, working in collaboration with Child and Family Wellbeing, and other community agencies in addition to providing services to youth who are adolescents and Transitional Aged Youth who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and/or Domestic Violence.
- Ensure coordination of care by communicating with Probation Officer, CWS Social Workers, Health Care Providers, Therapist, Natural Support Systems, Parents/Families, etc.
- Knowledgeable or willing to be trained in tenant-landlord laws, Fair Housing Laws, and the Transitional Housing Misconduct Act.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field or 2-5 years’ experience working with high-risk clients, preferably adolescents and Transitional Aged Youth who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation, human trafficking and/or Domestic Violence.
