  • The candidate must have a strong customer-service focus.
  • Duties will include: Providing excellent customer service to employees and HR Managers; collaborating with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to resolve a wide range of benefit issues in a timely, equitable and efficient manner.
  • Partnering with HRIS to enhance current benefit production reports and data extract files; performing data integrity testing on a monthly and quarterly basis and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensuring employee benefit contributions are accurately being deducted from payroll; perform routine payroll deduction audits.
  • Reconciling flexible spending account claims with bank statements on a regular basis.
  • Assisting with implementing approved changes to plans with vendors and carriers.
  • Supporting all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, relocation, and immigration.
  • Assisting in developing and improving benefits processes and policies.
  • Supporting special projects and business analysis as required.
  • Supporting annual enrollment including user acceptance testing, reviewing written communications, answering questions from HR business partners and facilitating employee benefits meetings.
  • What you need for success: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or three years of relevant benefits experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Health & Welfare and Life & Disability.
  • Strong analysis skills and understanding of HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Superior customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
