- The Benefits Administrator provides daily administration, promotion, and evaluation of Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center’s (CCOC) benefit programs for active, terminated, and retired physicians/employees.
- Works with the Benefits Manager to ensure compliance with all laws affecting benefits, hospital policies, and provisions of Benefit Plan Documents/Certificates.
- This includes reviewing the Employee First Report of Injury, analyzing and monitoring claims as they are administered by the Third Party Administrator (TPA), attending mediation/hearings on behalf of Crystal Clinic, and working with Counsel.
- Administers absence and disability management, ensuring compliance with FMLA and Crystal Clinic’s Leave of Absence Policies.
- Oversees the Transitional Work Program (TWP) and coordinates a return to work with restrictions.
