The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affecting learning. Mission Statement:At Pillar ABA, we believe in treating the “whole” person. Our mission is to attain the most independence possible for the individuals with our individualized treatment plans. Our treatments entail creating skill acquisition programs that generalize across different settings and involve significant people in the individuals’ life. We believe in the saying “it takes a village”, which is why intensive collaborations and training with parents, teachers, siblings, caregivers and other professionals, is the center of our treatments. We believe in involving others to gain and maintain lasting change in the individual’s life; everyone significant to the individual is part of our program. Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide 1:1 services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD and other diagnosis in home, school and community setting</li><li>Implement ABA treatment plan and procedures under the supervision of a BCBA</li><li>Collect electronic data as directed by the BCBA</li><li>Transfer skill to parents, teachers, caregivers and other significant people</li><li>Complete all mandatory trainings and adhere to appropriate regulations required for future development</li></ul> Job Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience working in the field of ABA or related</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or associates degree in social work, counseling, education psychology or other human services related field.</li><li>Internships available!</li><li>Must be able to work a mix for day and evening hours</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to reach clients location</li></ul> Benefits include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Full and part time flexible opportunities with competitive pay</li><li>Openings in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery County, PA</li><li>Healthcare benefits</li><li>Gas reimbursement</li><li>Free BCBA training and supervision</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and attainment of RBT certification</li></ul> Pillar ABA is an equal opportunity employer.
