- The Bartender is mainly responsible for preparing beverages, serving and educating guests about our selection of meticulously crafted cocktails and wine menu.
- Communication with other FOH staff is essential to this role when preparing specialty drinks and providing food and beverage recommendations to ensure a seamless guest experience that is synonymous with Milos standards.
- Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available; ensures that bar is stocked to par levels
- Accurately inputs orders into P.O.S system and ensures transmission of food orders
- Works as a liaison with bar staff and managers to assist with inventory management for the bar, supplies, etc
