- General Overview Mass General Brigham’s Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”) is seeking to hire an attorney with six to eight years of experience to assist with internal and external investigations and a wide array of compliance matters in the areas of data privacy, fraud and abuse, Medicare and Medicaid billing, research compliance, and general regulatory concerns.
- Relevant experience in the office of a U.S. Attorney or state Attorney General and/or relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department representing large organizations is required.
- The lawyer in this position will be part of a team that provides legal support for litigation, compliance, contracts, data privacy, and cyber security to Mass General Brigham and its affiliated hospitals and other provider and payer organizations, and will report to the Section Head of OGC’s Litigation, Compliance and Contracts Section.
