  • Extensive copy editing, reporting and/or writing experience
  • Familiarity with AP Style, InDesign and Drupal/WordPress (or similar content management systems)
  • Coordinate with Editor on editorial direction for the magazine and digital products
  • Perform accurate, detailed copy editing on content for print magazine, website and e-newsletters following both AP Style and in-house style guides
  • Manage and produce twice-weekly e-newsletters
  • Work with Editor to monitor press announcements and industry news for leads
  • Manage social media accounts and posts on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Author in-house bylines, news pieces and other content as needed
  • Post content to website, along with SEO tagging and archive work
  • Coordinate and compile special sections
  • Conduct editorial interviews and phone conversations
  • Client outreach as requested by sales team
  • Attend in-person (travel required) and virtual trade shows and conferences for various industry organizations
  • Other responsibilities as needed
