- Ghirardelli Associates is currently looking to hire an experienced Assistant Project Manager.
- The Ghirardelli Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Ghirardelli Project Manager all phases of Ghirardelli’s project life cycle; from pre-construction to project closeout, including such activities as contract negotiations, cost estimates, constructability reviews, schedule and budget development, staffing, and project kick-off/partnering sessions, safety and health program, quality assurance, communications, project filing and ongoing project planning and execution.
- Additionally, an assistant project manager provides any necessary training, mentoring or coaching to team members to ensure their success.
- The Ghirardelli Assistant Project Manager is an internal classification, and as such the individual may have additional titles and job duties commensurate with client needs.
- Technical and /regulatory issues may involve civil engineering, permitting including, but not limited to, drilling, and soil excavation/grading/disposal CEQA & NEPA compliance, NPDS compliance, CalOSHA regulations, and right of way permits.
