- Certification/recertification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse and advanced practice nurse (e.g., FNP) in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain licensure in Tennessee required.
- Substantive expertise is required as a Family Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of recent clinical practice experience required.
