- The Assistant General Counsel will work with the firm’s General Counsel in supporting the firm’s legal needs.
- Providing legal advice and assistance to partners and employees with respect to preparation of the firm’s client engagement letters, master services agreements, responses to requests for proposals, subcontractor agreements, Kovel agreements, non-disclosure agreements, SaaS agreements, and other client and third-party related agreements.
- Independent management of subpoena compliance and other court-related matters.
- Protection of the firm’s intellectual property, including but not limited to advising the firm concerning fundamentals of IP protection and enforcement and coordination with and oversight of outside counsel concerning more complex matters.
- Management of contracts/legal team to ensure timely resolution of requests submitted by firm stakeholders and satisfaction of KPIs/goals set by management.
