- The Facilities Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager and Facilities Director for all facilities related responsibilities and duties.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with overseeing all building systems' functions including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management.
- Regularly interact with and monitor various contractors, including fire sprinkler, alarm, HVAC, electrical, refuse/waste management, pest control, landscaping, security, and others as required.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with recruiting, hiring, motivating, disciplinary and discharge actions.
