- Skilled Nursing Center - Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Our 250-bed skilled nursing facility is now hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is committed to providing the best care for our residents.
- Position Overview: The Assistant Director of Nursing will manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
- The ADON supports the overall operation of the facility, assuring adherence to company policies, standards of nursing practices, and government regulations, in order to promote the highest quality care for our residents and patients.
- Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) : Assist the DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the nursing care facilities.
- Make recommendations for developing, maintaining, and periodically updating the Policy and Procedure Manual to the Administration and VP, Clinical Services.
