- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or closely related field
- Broad understanding of web design, digital photography, videography, and graphic design
- Familiarity with video, audio and photo editing
- Candidate must be on the current Monroe County Civil Service Information Specialist Civil Service list, currently hold the Monroe County Civil Service title of Information Specialist or be eligible to take the Monroe County Information Specialist Civil Service exam.
