- This position may be supervised by the Camp Director and personnel of the Office of Conference Services & Camps.
- The Assistant Camp Director will assist the Camp Director with appropriate planning, marketing, implementation and evaluation of their camp's programmatic and logistical operations.
- Responsible for assisting the Camp Director in the planning, marketing and execution of the assigned summer camp.
- In the unforeseen absence or the Camp Director, the Assistant Camp Director will be responsible for the delivery of a summer camp program consistent with that described in the North Central College Summer Camp brochure.
