- Company-wide, we hold annual fundraisers for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the American Cancer Society, among other philanthropic efforts.
- As an entry-level ABM, you get to go through an 18 - 24 month on-the-job paid training program in which you learn all of the ins and outs of branch management.
- Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, but don't fret, we provide a full relocation package when we promote our ABMs to Branch Managers.
- You also educate customers on all of our consumer lending services, including how to improve credit and consolidate debt.
- Your management abilities shine as you assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training as well as developing and implementing plans to meet sales goals, promote our core values, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
