  • Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility located minutes away from DTLA, who is currently looking for an Assistant Administrator who can delegate the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.
  • The Assistant Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Administrator will all operation management of the facility, including federal, state, county and city regulations.
  • Assist the administrator in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the facility, its programs and activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
  • Assist department directors in the development and use of departmental policies and procedures, and establish a rapport in and among departments so that each can realize the importance of teamwork.
  • Assist in establishing policies that govern the residents right to quality of life and care as defined by the residents comprehensive assessment and care plan.
  • Business office projects to include depositing checks, updating information in databases, assist with weekly reporting, and other office duties as may be assigned.
  • Other projects as may be assigned.
  • AA Degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred but not required.
  • Must have, as a minimum, two years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or nursing facility.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of nursing facility operational standards and requirements of participation.
  • Position may include weekends and holidays
