  • Eaton’s Circuit Protection Division is currently seeking an Assembler to join our team.
  • This position is based at our Ellisville site and is located on 3rd shift.

  • Actively participate in our repackaging line to aid in stocking Eaton’s distribution center.
  • Operate scales and utilize computer software applications to assess carton weights and apply appropriate shipping labels, packing lists, etc.
  • Operate dunnage and taping machines to stuff and tape cartons for the distribution center.
  • Sort and consolidate cartons by order, customer, carrier, etc.
  • to ensure timely shipment to customers
  • Works with team members to prioritize orders/containers for timely picking/packing to meet required customer and carrier deadlines
  • Works regularly with customer service and transportation team members to ensure timely shipments to customers When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
  • Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Ellisville, MO will be considered.
  • Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computer to print labels
  • Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, reach and use ladder
  • Daily work activities will vary from computer work to physically strenuous activities requiring ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis, bend or reach into awkward areas and positions.
