P-DPD-001 Evaluate customer supplied samples and recommend appropriate equipment for their applications. Provide technical support to customers and other departments following the ISO 9001 quality management system. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Evaluate customer's applications (contact customers and/or Sales Managers & Reps to obtain the necessary information needed to complete the applications in a timely manner).</li><li>Complete welding, marking, cutting, etc. of the application and write detailed report of findings to include recommendation of suitable equipment for the customer to use for their application (May require reviewing equipment specifications personally or with the Product Engineer).</li><li>Provide phone and email support to customers and other departments (Provide technical support to all Sales Manager's, Reps and other departments, to ensure quality customer service).</li><li>Travel to customer facilities.
