Manager, Advanced Analytics - Oncology
Horsham, PA - Hybrid, 3 days in office
Salary: $120,000-135,000 + 15% Bonus + 15% Pension
Looking for a business leader, or brand liaison to help facilitate analytics and pull through to delivery for this world renown healthcare/pharmaceutical company
You will be joining their Commercialize Excellence team and helping their supporting brand.
In charge of the Marketing mix such as promotions, non-personal promotions, identifying new opportunities, Patient analytics, and claims level data with predictive analytics.
Operating in the Oncology space, the team has deployed to a few brands all within the prostate cancer space.
You would be frontline working for the prostate, tumor team - answering business questions, shape what they can do from Advanced analytics standpoint, finding gaps, any insights to drive brand.
Owning relationship with brand team and work cross functionally in the organization.
Working with Basic test controls, Marketing mix - so regression modeling will be a responsibility.
As well as some hands-on Data Science skills.
Will be doing machine learning and predictive modeling with XG Boost, Random forest, and tree-based models.
5 years of Analytics experience, minimum
Pharma experience is preferred
2 years working with claims data in the commercial space
Understanding of patient data is critical so experience needed with claims data
Solid understanding of ML, data sci to translate results from business partners
Hands on keyboard: 10-15% of time - this isn't the role for hands on person
SQL is a must have
Strong executive presence and communication skills and ability to translate results in a way to understand
Stakeholder management, story telling
XG Boost, Random Forest, and basic ML skillset
Bonus - Bonus is 15% of yearly salary and is an individual bonus plan
Pension - 15% of what the yearly salary equates to is put into a retirement account that takes five years to fully vest.
PTO: Four weeks of PTO, 3 weeks are vacation and 1 week is considered personal/family time off and 10 paid holidays
excellent health benefits and a $400 a year health reimbursement for exercise equipment or classes, memberships etc.
$5k yearly tuition reimbursement.
