  • Advise and mentor development groups
  • Deliver requirements for integrated solutions across various IT disciplines
  • Responsibility for creation and following day to day architecture plan
  • Lead the implementation team
  • Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to WCM/AEM
  • Lead cross location teams and own the delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing multiple agile teams
  • 3+ years development experience using any JCR based WCM products
  • 1+ year's core experience working on a WCM Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Requirement analysis, conceptual, logical and detailed design skills
  • Configuration planning, testing, change management knowledge and experiences
  • Experience working in startup kind of environment
  • Strong skills to effectively interface with client totally a must.
  • Great business analysis skills with architecture and implementation experience
  • Strong collaboration and team leading skills
  • Experience with software design patterns is advantageous
  • Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous
  • Experience having direct reports and team
  • Experience in recruitment and growing them
  • Web application design experience, HTML5 a plus
  • Front End experience is a plus
  • Experience in retail domain is a big plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field
