  • Title: Administration - Sr Processor Imaging Duration: 10/12/2020 to 04/11/2022 Location: Grove City, Ohio 43123
  • Scans paper documents, expedites and sorts documents to be scanned on a high speed IBML scanner and moves 35lb boxes periodically.
  • Processes work according to established Service Level Agreements.
  • CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sorting, scanning and expediting digital & paper documents.
  • Attaches proper instructions as applicable for indexing and scanning.
  • Routes documents to the proper area.
  • Responsible for quality control when expediting and sorting documents.
  • This includes: periodically removing staples when scanner jams, removing binder & paper clips from documents prior to scanning, sorting and inspecting documents to ensure they are in a condition that will allow them to scan.
  • Ensures proper orientation of batches when placing them in designated buckets prior to scanning.
  • Performs box management duties, such as sending documents to Iron Mountain or destroying after the designated retention period.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Six months experience dealing with scanners, or machines and some office administration preferred.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Prefer familiarity with basic office equipment such as personal computers, copies, fax machines, etc.
  • Skills: Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
  • Verbal communication skills to interact with team members.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Required to work Sundays and Holidays.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Comments To Supplier (optional) It s very important the candidate understands there is a lot of walking and the need to lift 35lbs boxes.
  • Boxes will need to be moved from tables to shelves throughout the day and approximately 12 boxes stowed away at the end of the day
