  • Manage data in spreadsheets, CRM system and tracking of sales activity
  • Support the publications with collection of ads and materials from clients
  • Negotiate barter agreements, prepare for and coordinate with trade shows
  • Interact with clients to assist Account Executives with client relations
  • Work closely with a team of sales representatives, providing support when needed
  • Create and maintain electronic filing system
  • Preparing Microsoft Word and Excel documents
  • Carry out office manager/clerical duties, including answering phones, working with outside vendors, placing and receiving orders and supplies
  • Support special projects and perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
  • Administrative experience is beneficial
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Skills And Competencies
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, or similar software programs
  • Previous database or CRM experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Organizational skills and follow-through
