We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to collaborate closely with Quality teams, offering essential scheduling support to a GM within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. What You Get To Do <ul><li>Calendar management, travel management, onboarding, event planning.</li><li>Proactively manage calendars, prioritize requests based on business priorities.</li><li>Support engineering organization around T&E budgets, onboarding, and team events.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of information.</li><li>Manage domestic and international travel plans.</li><li>Onboard vendor staff and new hires, manage office space.</li><li>Prepare and process expense reports.</li><li>Ensure timely flow of information and process approvals.</li><li>Communicate and build relationships with business support community and leadership.</li><li>Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Solve complex problems as they arise.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Microsoft and team policies.</li><li>Think fast, pivot as needed; flexibility is crucial. </li></ul>WHAT YOU BRING <ul><li>Experience: 4 years required, with minimum 3 years prior client experience proficient with internal tools like MyOrder, SharePoint, etc.</li><li>Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendaring.</li><li>Education: BA/BS degree desirable but not required.</li><li>Ideal Candidate: Experience with onboarding, budget management, strong communication, and organizational skills. </li></ul>Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship. Compensation And Benefits <ul><li>Hourly contract rate range of $20.00 to $25.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations. </li></ul>Your well-being is important to Wimmer Solutions.
