  • The Administrative Assistant performs receptionist and administrative functions including managing accounts payables and receivables.
  • This position will also be in charge of receiving inventory and billing.

  • Our goal is to offer quality aerial application services from strategic locations across the country using our growing fleet of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
  • What your day may look like
  • Greets and welcomes visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answers multiple phone lines.
  • Receives, types, processes and prints work orders.
  • Prices and invoices work orders.
  • Faxes and/or emails completed work orders to each farmer and Pest Control Advisor (PCA).
  • Performs general office duties including mass mailings, typing, copying, filing and faxing.
  • Maintains files and clerical records.
  • Other administrative-related duties as assigned by leader.
  • Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
  • Education and experience needed for this position
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of experience in a business environment is required.
  • Other skills that will help you succeed
  • Knowledge of Quick Books and Agrian are preferred, but can be learned on the job.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry and local area is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours is required.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Time management skills.
  • Written and verbal communications skills.
  • Your work environment and the physical aspects of the job
  • The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet.
  • This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit.
  • You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
