- This is a 100% remote, temporary position that could last for up to 6 months or longer.
- The HR Service Center, HR Specialist acts as the face of Human Resources (HR) when interacting with colleagues and provides the first level of support and service delivery.
- Assist with research and response to all leave-of-absence request and disability paperwork: medical, personal, military and FMLA as needed.
- Serves as subject matter expert on front line questions regarding benefits, leave of absence, payroll, PTO, background checks, drug testing, unemployment, worker’s compensation and general HR policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of HR generalist experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education or experience.
