- The Accounting Clerk will perform routine accounting functions to keep financial records complete.
- Duties include but are not limited to; routine clerical filing, data entry tasks for accounting, checking the accuracy of figures, and calculations related to business transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as well as assist in data analysis and auditing of accounting system client files.
- Provide administrative support, including filing documents, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.
- Written Communication – Writes and speaks clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; able to read and interpret written information including an understanding of basic accounting terminology.
