Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for an Accounting Clerk with our client located near Lisle , IL. Our client is a company that needs extra support in their Accounting department.
They currently are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their organization to support any AP/AR/Payroll functions.
The ideal candidate would be available to interview and then start shortly after in order to be given proper training.
This Accounting Clerk will be hired on a 3-6 month temporary basis and be reporting to the Operations Manager.
Scan, copy, and process weekly AP invoices
Collect on past due balances via phone and email
Answer vendor inquiries and set up vendors when needed
Collect timesheet data and compute hours for Payroll processing
Assist in special projects assigned by the Operations Manager
