  • Formal Training Curriculum: Engage fully in a five-week, classroom-style introductory course designed to teach the core concepts of Wholesale Mortgage Banking.
  • Once you have successfully graduated, your experiential training on the sales floor will begin by shadowing seasoned professionals in every area of the company, including Account Executives, Account Managers, Underwriters, Closers, and Bullpen specialists.

  • You will make sales calls, price loans, run underwriting scenarios, and communicate directly with mortgage broker-owners, LO’s, and processors.
  • You will identify, develop, and maintain these account relationships.
  • Portal Deep Dive: One of your primary responsibilities is to understand AWMS’ portal from end to end.
  • You will teach our clients how to navigate the portal to move loans through from initial registration to funding.
  • Each new TPO relationship will have a gestation period of learning our process and becoming comfortable with our policies and practices.
  • You will manage the learning curve and build relationships one by one.
  • SalesForce/ Market Trac/ Surge and More: We leverage the best technology.
  • You will be custom trained to use these technologies to the fullest and best execution to support you in your sales efforts.
  • Collaboration is the name of the game: You will collaborate in multiple ways in your AE role.
  • You are assigned a top producing team, where you will be mentored by a seasoned professional and will support this individual’s production.
  • You will also be collaborating with your operations teammates to produce the best client experience possible for TPO clients and borrowers.
