  • Flexential is looking for an Account Executive, Sales in the Southeast region to join our dynamic team.
  • This individual will present and sell all Flexential products and services to prospective customers, as a key part of the company's business strategy.
  • The prospects will include medium to large companies across all industry segments.
  • The AE will be responsible for prospecting into his/her defined territory/account list, qualifying opportunities, designing solutions to help solve business problems, pricing, negotiating, and closing business.
  • Lastly, the AE will be responsible for providing input to the business regarding prospects' needs and market/competitive trends.
  • + Promotes the company's product and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • + Generates leads and develop new sales within a region.
  • + Maintains sales activity to continue filling the forecast pipeline.
  • + Closes sales in accordance with assigned quotas.
  • + Facilitates the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close.
  • + Attends trade shows as requested.
  • + Coordinates the utilization of Solution Engineers in support of the sales process.
  • + Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and document the sales process for opportunity generation and each identified sales opportunity.
  • + Manage the contracting process for Flexential Master Service Agreements
  • + Interact with the Marketing Team for your assigned territory to target and grow a robust sales pipeline.
  • + Performs other related duties as assigned by Sales Leadership.
  • + Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of related experience
  • + 8+ years' experience solution selling in the technology industry
  • + Experience in managing the sales process with both c-suite and departmental level staff.
  • + History of success in a team selling environment utilizing Subject Matter Experts.
  • + Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • + Salesforce.com experience to manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • + Self-starter & motivated.
  • + Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients and partners.
  • + Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline to consistently met quota objectives.
  • Base Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $90,000 -$130,000, however, the actual pay range depends each candidate's experience, location and qualifications.
  • Variable Pay : Commission will be based on attainment of sales goals, and pursuant to the sales compensation plan.
