YCC’s emphasis on care is for those who have been exposed to traumatic situations such as divorce, homelessness, relocation, loss of life, bullying and abuse.
YCC is excited for the opportunity to provide stable transitional housing to the young adults in Clay County to help with this need.
This is a highly visible position with the children and their families and helps with the day-to-day aspects of the SNAP Program.
Review, monitor and administer all client medications daily, this will take place as soon as a client is admitted to YCC Residential Program.
