Must posses his/her own set of tools ranging from standard to some specialty tools "ie" volt meters required for lift truck maintenance
Act as the primary customer contact for all product support needs by working directly with Watts Service Writers, technicians, parts and rental staff.
Present a favorable (positive) attitude and be helpful to customers and technicians (both road and shop) over the phone and in person.
Travel from job site to job site, using a company owned vehicle, also used for transporting his/her tools and/or equipment to the job site.
