As a Consultant for the VCCS team, the System Office is your home office and you will be required to travel to your assigned subset of colleges, which are located in the western and southern parts of Virginia.

In this way, the vice president will play a key role in supporting the efforts of every department on campus, providing the resources and operational support that underpins the success of the College in the short- and long-term.
The college also has a satellite site at the Southeast higher education Center in Newport News. The communities primarily served by the college are the Cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg, and the Counties of James City and York.
