Our employees at federal correctional facilities are "correctional workers first" and perform correctional work regardless of their specific occupation.
This position is part of the Pathways Internship Program and is located at the Central Office of the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
They may be assigned to either a general or specialized unit, and is usually assigned, along with one case manager, a specific caseload.
Additionally, the clinician may see inmate patients who are in locked status, in their designated housing area or housed in segregation units.
The Clinical Director functions as the primary physician for a full scope and range of medical services to the inmates confined at this facility.
