The IT Help Desk Technician will sit in the corporate office and join a team that assists staff located remotely all over the world.
Uses web enabled data management systems such as VDLS. May be required to use the Cognos application to query databases and produce professional reports.
The candidate will have experience working with various makes, models, and brands to include CAT, Cummins, Kohler, MQ Power to name a few.
Must be a US Citizen, be worldwide deployable, have a valid US Driver's License and be able to obtain a valid passport within 30 days of employment.
