I feel like if there was a competitions of CSRs, MTs and Managers under a supervisor or director each much with a big incentive to earn, you wouldn't have to keep hounding employees on loans or delinquency.
Difficult to provide loans and later try to collect on loans from people with low income along with other issues (a con in many finance positions, not just TL)Advice to ManagementKeep going what you're doing.
You can get 4 loans one day and be praised for it and the next day not get any or only get one and they would ask why you didn't get more.
(I'm still going to look into that, that doesn't seem ethically right to me to earn money and not get it).
Advice to ManagementDon't lose a manager that you know can and will be successful because you don't pay them what they deserve.
