Buckle is now hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) to work in a retail environment directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
We will also pay you a Bonus that will be paid on the same period (three times a year) as the store managers Bonus.
This role will play a key part in shaping the adoption and implementation of workplace policies that support and enable Buckle’s Teammates in delivering on the Company’s mission of providing the most enjoyable shopping experience to our Guests.

Create documents and train vendors on how to ship product to Buckle including folding, ticketing, labeling, packing, shipping and TMS.
