Position Purpose: The core feeder works as part of a 2-person plywood core station team, which assembles veneer layers into plywood.
Coordinate with boiler supervisor and or the big lift driver to determine which lumber to move and stage at the planer.
Breaking of other dryer employees and rotation to different positions for cross-training purposes or to facilitate production as designated by the supervisor.
The supervisor attends daily scheduling meetings to give input on panels to be made and veneers needed to accomplish orders.
Personal Expenses: Millwrights are required to provide their own set of tools.
