Manage the creation and maintenance of IT architecture models and lower-level components for customers in their use of the company’s products.
The position will provide a direct customer support through live chat, email, or any customer support to Supermicro eStore customers.
Work with Technical Account Managers, other Service Managers, and Product Managers in define service kits and all service tools, application, etc for the team.
The candidate will guide internal support staff leading up to and at events and become a marketing liaison for channel and tech collaborators.
