Staples US Retail is on a journey to transform to be the leader in working and learning, and this role is part of the team to bring it to life for our customers.
You will work closely with our Retail Print team to make a strong presentation for our category offerings and increase the number of customers buying print and promotional products from Staples.
As a Manager Store Experience Team for Staples, you will be responsible for assembling data from a variety of databases, analyzing performance/trends, working with home office or field partners to improve results.
This would include the dispatching & follow-up of each service call placed by the Staples store.
This role is responsible for engaging with new and existing Staple’s customers, delivering a positive experience to both customers and business partners, as well as delivering on sales goals and initiative through inbound and outbound initiatives.
