The Systems Engineer role will work closely with remote access technologies and will provide 3rd level support to RFA clients.
Act as a Priority 1 incident manager for all RFA's Data issues, work with other highest-level engineers to resolve issues under Service Level Agreements
This position would be supporting RFA’s further expansion into the Financial Service Industry as well as other verticals.
