We have just created a new workforce development Unit and are working closely with local partners to help get our community members back to work.
This is a growth position for the right candidate to work in other areas of the business.
This position will be supervised by CONNECT but will work closely with other members of the Good Jobs coalition, especially La Colaborativa.
We are also involved in three workforce coalitions, including one focused on systemic change.
Our human resources team is focused on understanding what our employees and Network members need and have the “know-how” to provide it.
