Whether you bring years of experience as a cook, or are a teen just starting your restaurant career as a dishwasher, as an Olive Garden kitchen team member you will receive extensive training in food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cooking techniques.
Our goal is to make working at Olive Garden and Darden more than just a job.
You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate.
