Knowledgeable of daily functions VIP's and any other special events occurring in or pertaining to the hotelProvide information on the geographical area.
Minimum of one year previous experience as a server or server assistant in an upscale restaurant hotel/resort or private club environment preferred.
This individual will provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales and Front Office as needed.
Be familiar with all corporate sponsored programs such as airline mileage Triple Upgrade or V.I.P. programs and the standards and procedures for each.
The individual in this role may develop and coach a team or teams of Revenue professionals as applicable to the hotel size and/or structure
