As a minimum, an associaes degree in human resources or similar field and one (1) year of experience in a H.R. role, preferably in a health care setting.
Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
As a Nurse Representative you are instrumental to marketing and ensuring a new residents have a smooth transition from acute to post-acute care.
