Will use independent judgment to make decisions to minimize the credit union's losses while ensuring compliance with credit union policies.
Alerts management team and staff of necessary collections or fraud information and assists Credit Union employees as necessary.
Educates members on products and services available at the credit union, cross-selling these products and services where appropriate.
Additionally, in this role you are expected to cross sell products and services based on the member's needs.
In this role you will work to ensure the Credit Union's building systems and equipment are functioning properly, and are maintained in excellent condition.
