Provide support to the MDDU PM on the development of a program management Plan and an Acquisition Plan for the MDDU Program.
May direct and coordinate the activities of other workers engaged in handling goods to be shipped or being received
The contractor should have a strong Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA) background of qualitative and quantitative assessments.
