PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Ideal candidate will have experience in or related to a health insurance environment, either in an administrative or clinical capacity.
· Provides check in with site's clinical staff through at the elbow support to assess end user fluency and satisfaction.
Accordingly, this role will also be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the Clinical Services department’s onboarding process.
Facilitate development, review the applicability and appropriateness using the approved eligibility criteria for each requested clinical privilege.
§ Ensures health center operations meet community needs, and that services are delivered in an efficient, productive, compliant, and effective manner.
